We recommend reading our purchase policy to understand how we provide our customer service, including shipping and exchanging defective products.

Exchange Policy

All our products have an exchange guarantee for any manufacturing or shipping defects. When receiving your product check immediately for any defects made by the manufacture or damage due to shipping. Due to the personal gifting nature of the product we can only offer a fourteen (14) day return for exchange. Should you receive a defective product, please follow the steps below:

Once we have determined the damage was by manufacture/shipping error your new product will be shipped to you immediately at no cost to you and you will be refunded for the cost of shipping the defective item back to us. Should the damage to your pillow not be due to manufacture or shipping error we will not be able to refund you for your product or shipping.

To send back items at the lowest cost to you, we recommend using USPS Priority Mail. Your shipping costs will only be refunded at the lowest rate available.

Exchanges must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the original shipping date.

Customers are expected to keep a record of their tracking numbers.

Once we receive and process your return/exchange, we will issue a refund of shipping costs to you within fifteen (15) business days. Refunds will be sent via the original payment method used for the order. E.g.: if an order was paid via PayPal, the refund would be sent to your PayPal account. If an order was paid via credit card, it may take three to five (5) business days to post to your account depending on your back and/or credit agency. If you do not receive your refund within fifteen business days of receiving and processing your return, please contact us at orders@inseparabletreasures.com with your order information. To expedite the process, please include your order number, relevant item numbers and return tracking info.



Normal turnaround time for processing order is four (4) to seven (7) business days after payment is received and cleared, excluding weekends and holidays.

Inseparable Treasures uses a secure online checkout that allows you to save money on shipping (by combining multiple items), confirm your address and pay for your purchase through a streamlined interface.

Inseparable Treasures requires each buyer to have an email address for online orders. The email address must be provided during checkout. If there are issues with an order, Inseparable Treasures will contact customers via email. Inseparable Treasures is not responsible for communicating ordering issues if contact information is incorrect or no longer available.

We cannot edit orders or combine items for orders that have already completed checkout.

You may cancel your order any time prior to shipping. A 10% cancelation fee will apply. To cancel your order, go to orders@inseparabletreasures.com with your order information. To expedite the process please include your order number and relevant item numbers.

International Orders

At this time International orders must be made directly by phone or place by email at orders@inseparabletreasures.com to insure accuracy.

For all international orders, all policies listed in orders section apply, except where directly contradicted by policies giving in this section.

All international orders are subject to duties, taxes and fees as determined by your local government. FedEx and USPS only act as the collectors for the fees due to Customs, and may issue additional invoices as a part of the duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs department. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes. Custom fees are determined on a case-by-case basis. Inseparable Treasures is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your country's government. If an order is purchased as a gift, please specify that in the "special instructions" box during checkout: in those cases, we can make the package as a gift.

Orders will be cancelled for customers who do not complete our online checkout within seven (7) days.

Our store will not hold items. Items are for immediate purchase only.

Inseparable Treasures offers shipping rates by actual weight of the items purchased. Standard Ground shipping quotes can be estimated when you view your shopping cart. Expedited shipping may be selected during actual checkout.

Inseparable Treasures utilizes outside services for all their shipping needs. All individual shipping service policies will apply including delivery capabilities, dates/times and fees. Inseparable Treasures is not responsible for delivery errors.


Inseparable Treasures is always looking for ways to improve our customer service and receives certain information from users when they visit our website. We will not obtain personally-identifying information about users when they visit our site unless they choose to provide such information to us.

Any information so received from users will not be sold or transferred to unaffiliated third parties without the approval of the user at the time of collection.

If a user sends an email containing personal information, that information will be only used to respond to that user's message.

Inseparable Treasures considers spam, fraud and privacy issues very serious. We are highly protective of our customer's personal information and will not share our customer's personal information with anyone. Our website uses customer information from the registration form to send our information about their order, new and future products and special promotion material from our company only. Inseparable Treasures will only yield personal information under obligation by a warrant from law enforcement or by a subpoena from a court of law.
